The Viking Club is one of Kuwait's most exclusive recreation clubs offering premier indoor and outdoor sport and leisure experiences. Director of Recreations

Ivan Tzenkov from Bulgaria earned his Master's Degree in Psychology specialized in Physiotherapy with focus on injury rehabilitation. Ivan has been involved in fitness industry during the past twenty five years and has established the Viking Club of Radisson Blu Hotel in 2002. Ivan practices the disciplines of Kendo and Iaido.


Assistant Recreation Manager

Baktygul is from Kyrgyzstan. She has four years experience in recreation at 5 star hotels in Kuwait. Guest satisfaction is her aim.


Senior Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer

Florin is certified by The American College on Sports Medicine, earned his certifications in Clinical Exercise, Applied Science in Functional Training and Rehab and Post Rehab Training. Florin was also a Personal Fitness Trainer in Romania and Dubai and currently a Senior Fitness Trainer at the Viking Club.


Group and Personal Trainer

Igor specializes in Cardio Kickboxing, Muay Thai and CrossFit. He is popular for his tough training programs ideal for clients who prefer weight loss and total body conditioning.

Viktor earned his degree in Sports and Physical Education. Viktor was a trainer at high school for years and certified instructor in Body Challenge. Currently Viktor holds group classes and personal training.

Alex graduated with degree in Physical Education. Alex also teaches football, swimming, basketball, tennis and gymnastics.

Dian is certified spa massage therapist from Bali, Indonesia.

She had worked in different spas in Indonesia, Turkey as well as in Kuwait.

  • Aikido: Aikido is a martial art that focuses on harmonizing with your opponent to bring peaceful resolutions to situations involving conflict. A Japanese form of self-defense and martial art that uses locks, holds, throws and the opponent's own movements.
